Who’s the Photographer that used a photo of himself as a boy with the gay lifestyle he would live around it?

Okay. I went to a workshop at an early college program for Photography and they showed us a slide show of a bunch of different pictures. There was one with a picture of a young boy in the middle and a story about what he would go through and how he would end up gay all around the photo. The picture of the boy was the photographer himself. I lost the paper that I wrote his name down on and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t find it.
